The former Brong Ahafo regional minister in John Mahama's administration and the Member of Parliament for the Asunafo South constituency in the Brong Ahafo Region Hon Eric Opoku is allegedly stolen a vehicle belongs to the Ghana government.
The honourable Eric Opoku denied the allegations, says, the vehicle is not the Ghana government vehicle and he have the documents prove he is the owner of that vehicle allegedly stole.
According to him, he returned all the
government vehicles back a week after the NDC party loss the election.
Speaking Nhyira fm in Kumasi, the host Kofi Asante ask the former regional minister if he intends contest the flagbearership of the NDC for the 2020 election?
He said, "how would I" If the former president Mahama is there, who is the best candidate than him in the NDC party now?
We are in support of president Mahama and "we will bring him to lead the party for 2020 election, if he refuse we will force him to be our flagbearer".
The former minister said, all Ghanaians are crying for John Mahama who else do you want to be our candidate.
