Accounting to the people without showing the cost to the people, watch this video you will cry for Ghana

The first time in history of Ghana and all over the world, that a government use poor citizen's tax paying money to build 6 classrooms, Roads, Toilet, Markets etc and you see it on a video recording, showing it in all television stations in Ghana, Using the same state tax paying money to hire some people to make video advert and also paid for adverting just because the president of Ghana has build Schools, Clinics, Toilets, Roads and Markets etc. Are these things new in governance? Have we ask the total cost of  infrastructure we see? and the cost of doing that advert, by the end of this year Ghana's debt will hit Ghc130 billion, before 2009 Ghana's total debt was Ghc9.5 billion and now its Ghc114 billion not including the taxes received by the government and we are
still borrowing even the president of Ghana himself don't know the total amount of debt Ghana owed, can these things they are showing us account to the money the state have consumed?
