We are calling president Mahama to remove Kwadwo Bonsu from Kumasi- Manhyia Palace (Otumfuo)

Not long ago some assembly members in Kumasi held a press confress about the behaviour of Kumasi Metropolitant chief executive Hon. Kwadwo Bonsu and called president Mahama to remove Hon. Kwadwo Bonsu or Kwadwo Bonsu himself to resign from region.

Their reason to expel Hon. Kwadwo Bonsu is that, Hon.Kwadwo Bonsu wrote a letter to Nana Amoamanhene to caution his power to steer and inspect or speak about the on going Kajetia market project and the said letter from Hon. Kwadwo Bonsu told Manhyia Palace (Otumfuo) to bring letter to he Kwadwo Bonsu and explain to him that Nana Amoamanhene is representing Manhyia Palace (Otumfuo).
The assembly also said the city of Kumasi has become dirty and the rules in the assembly has break down, Kwadwo Bonsu do everything on his own power in the assembly, he took decisions without the assemblies approval, and the corruption in the assembly
are high, example, Kumasi Rattray Pack which Hon. Kwadwo Bonsu said it cost the nation $4.4 million dollars, and also ask where Kwadwo Bonsu got money to buy his Ghc400,000 car.



Manhyia called Nana Amoamanhene to Asanteman cancel to explain what is going on in the assembly then Nananom saw Kwadwo Bonsu has disrespect (Otumfuo) and Manhyia Palace, Nananom call Kwadwo Bonsu to come before Asanteman cancle and explain the letter he wrote but Hon. Kwadwo Bonsu refuse to attend and sent the regional minister to go on his behalf and said he is sick. This raised anger for Asanteman cancel to call president Mahama to come and take Hon. Kwadwo Bonsu from their land, Or Hon. Kwadwo Bonsu should resign immediately from KMA seat.
