President Mahama is using the state power to joke- Montie 3 pardon

Ghana is naked, and it's very melancholy for the people in high authority in this country using their own power to delude the peace and justice in this country.

I am yet to believe the president is not in control of his governance and if he does then I am totally disappointed in him. It is a political party who elect somebody to become a president but when he sworn in as a leader of the country, you swore to
protect and defend the constitution of Ghana but not in the service of your political party which brought you into power.

There are three arms of government which form the government in this country, Its a president who appoint the Chief Justice and Chief Justice is the one who sworn in a president.

These Montie 3 sat on the radio to insult everybody including our Supreme Court Judges and was sentenced to prison by Supreme Court ruling, now the president has used his power to show remittance to their sentence to pardon them for serving only one month from their four months jailed sentence.




So now, in the next day if somebody sits on the radio or anywhere treating to kill the president or assault the president and this matter took to court and the court charge the accused person to pay Ghc 100 and go free if that happened what precedent are we setting as the nation?

Is the same Supreme Court who chose you as president and some Ghanaians were not happy about the decision but they swallow it for peace to prevail.

 I am not surprised and I am also sad because now there is no institution Ghanaian have faith in, Our Court system is something now, the electoral commission and our parliament are also working for their political parties interest not for the nation so as an ordinary Ghanaian what are we heading to?

We are in the country when a politician steal huge sum of money from the poor people tax paying money the state call it Corruption and it will pend in the court for many years quoting article this, this, this then the court free the accused even if that person jailed for two years the sitting government will pardon him after serving six months sentence but if an ordinary person steal a cassava from a single person which cost Ghc 5 that person can be jailed for five years and the person will serve all his or her jailed sentences and no one will pardon him or her it tells you the country we are living in.

There are so many people in our prisons who are innocents but because they don't have the power to defend themselves, they are still in, what shows these guys and their radio station has repent? Did we hear the behaviour of that radio yesterday after the pardon news came?

President Mahama is a disgrace to Ghana and Africa democracy and it is very sad, the power and the spirit in this country are gone because people on the top are using the country to joke and its a shame to Ghana democracy and Africa.
