Why Ghana police handcuff Obinim while he honoured their invitation? (watch video)

According to the Tema divisional police PRO they invite Bishop Obinim for the alleged assault case  and the said Bishop honoured the police invitation for the investigation and when Bishop Obinim came there, then the order from the police headquarters came to transfer the matter to the head office for another alleged fraud case of Ghc 11.6 million levelled against him.

If the Bishop honoured the police invitation why do they
handcuff him? Sometimes Ghana police and the police CID should act in a way they shouldn't touched the accused suspect.

This case reminds me of something, three weeks ago, two gentleman raise alarm shouting thief, thief catches him, at Suame magazine Kumasi and the suspect was nearly hit by a car to death which the driver was deliberate to do that, then people around the area picked stones, blocks etc to kill him then somebody at the area saw the victim and shout don't kill him he is not a thief I know him, I know him we live in one house.



The time people were trying to kill the man, those who were chasing him hide themselves until they saw the guy is getting his freedom then they show themselves that they are Police CID from Kumasi Zongo police Station and said the man is a suspect and they are searching for him long time, but they were not wearing any police uniform, no ID Card shown to us only the handcuff they put on the guy's hand.

So if those people at the area killed suspect or the car him to death, do you think the police CID will show themselves?
