Ghana constitution is sick, It gives politicians a way to steal

The politicians promise in their campaign they are coming to serve the people of Ghana and the nation but they win a political power to steal the nation through the constitution which is
covering them.

The state provides two vehicles one V8 which cost more than Ghc 500,000 (5billion old cedis) and a saloon car of over Ghc100,000 for each one minister and their deputies and also some government appointees.

The state pays for fuel, maintenance fees etc. And because their own constitution allow them auction the saloon cars for themselves after two years of purchased, they deliberately pack the saloon car and misused the V8, so after the two years they auction it for themselves with an amount of Ghc4,000 to Ghc20,000 of the saloon cars which it cost more than Ghc100,000.

Meanwhile the used or salvage saloon cars in the auction companies cost Ghc80,000 + auction fees Ghc2,800 + shipment to Ghana Ghc6,600. Totalled = Ghc89,400 (894,000,000 old cedis) without paying for duty and auction it for themselves Ghc4,000 - Ghc20,000, which country are we living in.

After doing this, the state pays for exgratia with a huge amount of cedis to them while they received salaries and allowances When they were in office.

How much does the state gives to the teachers, farmers, doctors & nurses and ordinary traders who contribute %90 for the nation's development?
