Who is controlling this government communications? - Ras Mubarak

The NDC member of parliament for Kumbugu constituency Ras Mubarak said he sees there is a big problem in the NPP party and their communication sector.

The party's senior minister came out to say they are going to use the heritage fund to support the free
Senior High School program and the next day minister of Finance are also saying we are not going to use the heritage fund money to support the Free Senior High School program but they have a different way of doing it.

He said the NPP party should manage their communication well because they are in government now, they shouldn't come out with a quick statement for a certain people to come and retract it.

Ras Mubarak said the heritage fund cannot finance the free SHS program because the budgeted amount for the free SHS a Year is Ghc 3 billion and the amount in the heritage fund account is $262m dollars.

This amount of money cannot cater for the free SHS program for even a year, though we support the idea of free SHS but the fund should come from somewhere not in the heritage fund.
