Minority in parliament abused the rules of the parliament.
We both majority and minority in parliament agreed to cast secret vote for the minister designate Madam Otiko Afisa Djaba's approval after
the debate.

Hon. Kyei Mensah Bonsu said the minority was saying the minister designate Madam insulted the former president Mahama during the campaign and she should apologise, now they are saying Otiko did not took her National service.

The Majority leader in parliament said all these are false but the truth of the matter is that, Madam Otiko Afisa Djaba contested former president Mahama in Bole Bamboi seat before he became the Vice President of Ghana, there the issue starts.

He said during the campaign the was exchange of words between them in their campaign that minority stands on but not the 2016 elections.
