59 years of Ghana independence, what have Ghana achieve, do we to need celebrate this independence every year?

Ghana is 59yrs and what have we done or achieve as a nation? Are the past leaders serve this country with humility like our national anthem speaks about? Are the past leaders patriotic?

Every 6th of March, we see our students, Arm forces, police, prison officers etc. name them, matching one the streets of our country, and people stand in the sun and collapse during the matching, then we showcase the nation's ammunition and the president of the country give his address then we finish, with nothing to achieve from the day we celebrate as a nation. So will we continue to behave this way as a nation?

Ghana is a rich country that we have all the natural resources but we lack quality leadership as a nation, we have Gold, Cocoa, Oil, Bauxite, Timber, Coffee etc. but what do we achieve as the citizens? All these benefits has result us poor, challenges and hardship. Our leaders only give us book inflated figures but not the reality on the ground and we the poor people also tolerate mediocrity from the politicians and our opinion leaders.
They always give us wrong figures for votes and because we don't read, learn and research, we accept their lies and hype them to continue to corrupt us.
Why should we praise a government for using a little of our tax paying money to building schools, hospitals, roads, and other infrastructures?

It's who's responsibilities me or them? after collecting huge taxes from the poor people? Why do people get paid for? to work and perform better for the nation or to steal us?.
Ghana has grown of age but not in development, Ghana has grown in corruption but not on patriotic, Ghana is sick in greediness, selfishness, thievery, unpatriotic and lack of quality Leadership.
and,
Until our leaders behave like a normal human bean we will continue to see the comedy pictures like this in every independent celebration days.

Ghana needs self committed leaders to transform our economy and utilize our natural resources into a better use to benefit the poor people in this country Ghana.
