Can this Kumasi Rattray Park cost $4.4million dollars?

Kumasi Rattray park was constructed last year 2015, from Ghana government through Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly, people were asking and speculating about the amount used to build that project and Hon. Kwadwo Bonsu KMA chief executive came on air to mention an amount of $4.4 million dollars that was used to build the project at Nhyira fm in Kumasi.

I took upon myself to see the completion of the project and how it looks to cost that beautiful amount of $4.4 million dollars and also the sales given to KMA in a day. The report I got was that, on normal days people don't come so they usually get Ghc150.00 but in occasion days the sales increase, then I ask him, it increase to how much? He said he can not disclose it to me and I paid Ghc10.00 before going in but if you are using camera to snap pictures you will pay Ghc50.00 as a gate fee.
