SHOCKER: Ciara Accuses Future Of Being An UNFIT FATHER . . . Says He RETURNED The Baby To Her . . . Smelling Like WEED AND URINE!!!

Just when you thought that Ciara and Future's baby mama drama couldn't get more messy . . . an email sent from Ciara's lawyer to Future's lawyer has just been made public. The INCENDIARY EMAIL was sent from CiCi's lawyer Tanaya Graham to Future's lawyer and in it Ciara made a STARTLING ACCUSATION.

She suggested that Future was an UNFIT father . . . and implied that he may even have been ABUSING OR NEGLECTING HIS CHILD.
This is a very serious allegation, and we're not sure WHY this charge was included in court papers - that were OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Typically in child custody proceedings, courts SEAL ALL THE RECORDS, so that sensitive information like this does NOT make it out into the public. But with Ciara's defamation case, she aired out some of the couple's DIRTY LAUNDRY.
Here is what was said about Future:

[Ciara] has serious concerns about Mr. Wilburn's parenting skills and the child's safety while in his care. I have expressed this using specific examples with [Future's attorney] Ivory. Things that Ms. Harris believes are serious, such as the baby's coat being returned smelling like smoke, or the baby's dirty clothes being returned smelling like urine, for example, may not be serious to Mr. Wilburn. These parties have very different parenting styles, but my client's concern always has been and remains Baby Future's well-being, best interests and safety.
