The State of billions Ghana Cedis Road now set as death trap

This is the road Ghana Government constructed in 2007 under president Kuffour's government, which is being financed by the EU at the cost of 187,651,023 billion cedis now that 40-kilometre of the Kumasi Techiman highway, are now developing MANHOLE between Kronum and Afrancho.

The road is gradually collapsing step by step because the money used to construct that road didn't come from any of Ghanaian leaders pocket so nobody is committed to maintain the road into a good shape and people in authority are waiting for this trap to kill innocent tax paying people before they act and set committee to investigate this simple issue any individual people can analyse it but they will spend poor Ghanaians tax paying money to do that.
Why Ghanaian leaders lack commitment to do maintenance? They will sit and watch this to collapse and budget for another reconstruction so can get their own shares
